Law of Unintended Consequences

In the social sciences, unintended consequences (sometimes unanticipated consequences or unforeseen consequences) are outcomes that are not the ones intended by a purposeful action.

• A positive, unexpected benefit (usually referred to as luck, serendipity or a windfall).
• A negative, unexpected detriment occurring in addition to the desired effect of the policy (e.g., while irrigation schemes provide people with water for agriculture, they can increase waterborne diseases that have devastating health effects, such asschistosomiasis).
• A perverse effect contrary to what was originally intended (when an intended solution makes a problem worse)

Example:

So I go to ballet clases with a friend, and both of us pay for the classes, but the ballet teacher told us that we need the ballet shoes, so I go to the shop that is inside of the academy to buy the shoes, but this shop only have 1 pair of shoes of our size, but I didn't know so I buy the shose, and when my friend go to the shop there wasn't more shoes for her, so the consequences are that my friend lose money, because she didn't buy the shoes and lose her time. 

Why public transport in Peru is bad?
    Public transport in Peru is bad because the combis. These type of transport made Lima everyday look messy and chaotic, but that there are many answers for these situation, one of them is that many drivers are informal, it means that they don't have the requirements set by the ministry of transport, so most of them have not form company and do not pay their taxes. These things make more dangers in the streets of Lima, like traffic accidents.

One of the solution that I have for these problem is that made the drivers paid their fines in a  convenient way for them so they can cancel all the amount, and retain their driver's license for a certain time. But people can made solution for these problems but is more than that because it comes from the ministry because they don't pay for good police they would want to work, so if these drivers don't see any authority they would whatever they want. Another thing is that mayors of Lima try to made more streets and more  things but the true is that when just the municipality try to made this thing they waste more many that they would, so the solution for these is to pay peolple that know about it.
